1. About Bonnie
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Bonnie online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of fabrics and materials.
As many of our corsets are individually made, slight variations in lace placement, stitching and other small finishing details may occur. These variations are part of the individual nature of the garment and do not affect its quality or function.
3. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate standard size according to the size guide provided on our website.
For custom-size orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.
If you are unsure about sizing or measurements, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Custom & Personalised Orders
An item is considered custom or personalised when it is made according to measurements, specifications or individual choices requested by the customer, including custom sizing or significant alterations to the standard design, materials or other characteristics.
Once production of a custom order has begun, changes may not always be possible.
Custom and clearly personalised products are not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable consumer-law exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised applies.
This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged or does not conform to the order.

5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the order, or an obvious error in the product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
7. Production Times
Our products may be made after an order is placed.
Estimated production times are shown on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer before purchase.
Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that the shipping information provided is complete and accurate.
Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are physically received by you or by a third party designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
For eligible standard-size products, customers may exercise their applicable statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned items may be inspected to determine whether they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and fit.
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the item.
Це якраз юридично кращий спосіб захиститися від ситуації «купила корсет для фотосесії, поносила і повернула». Європейські правила дозволяють оглянути товар приблизно так, як це було б можливо в магазині, але за використання понад необхідне покупець може відповідати за зменшення його вартості.
10. Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at bonniecorsetry@outlook.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product images, designs, text, graphics, branding and logos, is owned by or licensed to Bonnie unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, obtain unauthorised access to its systems, or use its content in violation of applicable law or intellectual property rights.
